Brandi Zimbelman is a Family Nurse Practitioner, currently serving in the Baraboo, WI community. Optimal Health and Wellness was established in November 2018 in order to offer high quality, affordable health care. Our services range from functional and holistic medicine, wellness education, to regenerative medicine.
Brandi is a firm believer that the body works together as a whole and wellness is the key to prevention and optimal health. Brandi strives to find the root cause of disease rather than addressing the complication or symptoms of the disease. Brandi enjoys being very active and being outdoors. Neville Campbell, MD, Anesthesiologist and Pain Management Physician at The Center for Wellness and Pain Care of Las Vegas, and affiliated to Mountain View Hospital, University Medical Center and St. Rose Dominican Hospitals, has been named a 2018 Top Doctor in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Dr. Campbell is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology in both Anesthesiology and in Pain Medicine, and it is in this latter area that he has become particularly renowned. He provides pain relief and management for a wide range of conditions including cancers, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic face, neck, back and pelvic pain, sciatica, migraines and the results of car injuries.
Dr. Khanh Nguyen has over twenty years of clinical experience helping patients improve their quality of lives. She offers exceptional regenerative therapies at her R3 Center of Excellence in Austin TX.
She graduated from the Rush Medical College of Rush University Medical Center in 1994. After medical school, she completed a residency in internal medicine at Rush Presbyterian St Luke’s Medical Center.
Patients describe her as knowledgeable, compassionate and thoughtful! Dr. Nguyen spends all the time necessary with patients to answer questions and make them feel comfortable.
Dr Morris is a native of the beautiful Island of Jamaica and grew up on the Island of St. Lucia.
He continued his medical training at Seton Hall University Internal Medicine Residency Program at St Michael’s Medical Center in Newark New Jersey and achieved Board Certification in Internal Medicine. Dr Morris moved to Tucson Arizona in 2011 where he has been Practicing Internal Medicine and Functional Medicine with his Wife Dr Bacchus-Morris for the over a decade. Always wanting to advance himself, Dr Morris sought further Training in the field of Obesity Medicine and recently Completed Certification Training in Peptide Medical Therapies with S.S.R.P. Institute.
Dr Morris is also a trained Health Coach as well as a Certified High Performance Life Coach with special interest and focus on Physician Wellness.
