Over the years, Dr. David Greene’s main passion has included helping others through compassion, education and innovation. He has been a leader in two fields since he left clinical practice, including healthcare internet marketing with US Lead Network and regenerative cell therapies with R3 Stem Cell.
“I’ve never been a fan of just settling for the status quo. Innovation is a cornerstone of what makes America great,” he says.
Kathleen Francesca has been in the regenerative medicine industry since 2009, when she helped establish one of the first stem cell companies in the United States. Coming from the fashion industry, the medical industry was completely foreign to her.
Despite having a solid business background, she was able to learn everything there is to know about regenerative medicine. After joining R3 Stem Cell in 2016 as a director of business development, she was given the position of president in 2021.
Along with R3 Stem Cell, Kathleen Francesca and Dr. David Greene are partners in the R3 Anti-Aging clinic in Scottsdale and Nashville. The duo also established R3 Medical Training in 2018 as a way to teach providers all over the world the protocols for various conditions utilizing regenerative therapy. She is a proud single mom to a 9-year-old ballroom dancer, Valentina.
Freddie Legaspi is the Chief Operating Officer of R3 Stem Cell. Freddie had a significant background in healthcare settings before joining the R3 Family in 2019. He has played a crucial role in the business, not only as a member of the core team but also as one of the instructors for R3 Medical Training.
